We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Loan Processor to join our growing operations team. This role plays a critical part in managing loan files, coordinating with borrowers, loan officers, and lenders, and ensuring loans move efficiently from submission through closing. This is an in-office position, requiring regular on-site collaboration with the Loan Titan team.

• Work on-site at the office as required to support daily operations.
• Secure property and loan documentation to process mortgage loan files such as appraisals, inspections, title searches, site surveys, contracts, and property tax records
• Act as a liaison between applicants, mortgage brokers and loan officers, real estate agents, and mortgage lending underwriters to help further loan approval
• Assemble and submit loan packages to the lender underwriters for approval or denial
• Maintain detailed documentation of the process in our system - from origination to close
• Interview prospective loan applicants and assist them in finding the best loan products for their needs
• Assure that loan files meet banking and regulatory guidelines and policies
• Decide the creditworthiness and complete the mortgage loan application by working with the borrower to obtain necessary and verified financial documentation, such as credit reports

• Proven track record of acting as an effective liaison between applicants, mortgage brokers, loan officers, and underwriters.
• Strong organizational skills to assemble and submit comprehensive loan packages for approval or denial.
• Proficiency in maintaining detailed documentation of the loan process in our system.
• Familiarity with banking and regulatory guidelines to ensure loan file compliance with policies and standards.
• Comfortable with working with multiple loan officers.
• Experience with different loan programs - (Conventional, FHA, VA, NonQM, Private).
• Experience working with different Lenders.
• Superb analytical skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Minimum of 2+ years loan processing experience required
• We prefer an Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, or business - High school diploma or GED required

$60,000 - $150,000 yearly
