Senior Payroll Tax Administrator – Join a High-Growth Global Corporation

A high-growth global corporation is seeking a Senior Payroll Tax Administrator to ensure payroll tax compliance across its expansive, multi-state workforce. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who excels at managing payroll tax filings, reconciliations, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced environment.

• Compensation:
  Up to $110,000 in base + Benefits

• Oversee payroll tax compliance across multiple states and subsidiaries
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll tax filings, reconciliations, and reporting
• Research and resolve payroll tax discrepancies, including tax tracers and amendments
• Maintain tax setups in ADP and assist with new tax jurisdiction registrations
• Act as a subject matter expert for payroll tax regulations and compliance
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external agencies to resolve tax-related issues

• Hands-on experience with payroll systems, particularly ADP
• Strong plus:
  Experience with ADP Smart Compliance
• Extensive knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll tax laws
• Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented and organized approach
• Experience supporting large organizations (5,+ employees) is a plus
