: 80 hours per pay period, 8-hour workday

JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Adhere to HRC Policies and Procedures.
- Perform the charge entry of Superbills for the various offices as assigned by the Billing Supervisor.
- Perform reconciliation of billed services.
- Assist the Billing Supervisor in conducting any research projects, audits and any other special projects.
- Other duties as assigned which may include preparing various account receivable or departmental reports as assigned.
- Attend all meeting as required by the manager.
- Willing to be cross trained in other areas in the department as required.
- Carry out filing duties as assigned by the manager periodically.

- Be proactive in efficiency enhancement and promoting team spirit through out the HRC team.
- Be proactive in assisting the Billing Manager in implementing procedural changes to achieve goals and objectives in the billing team and minimize any possibility of crisis management.
- Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of daily work, recognizing that many confidential documents and conversations will need to be relayed.
- Demonstrate regard for the dignity and respect of all employees, medical staff, patients and visitors.

Physical Requirements
These are:
- Vision within normal limits with or without corrective lenses
- Hearing within normal limits with or without hearing aids; consideration may be given to individual with partial hearing loss provided she can demonstrate the ability to receive, interpret and act on instructions given by normal speaking voice.
- Normal foot/leg motor skills; consideration may be given to an individual with a leg brace or prosthesis.
- Occasionally must be able to bend and stoop and to lift and carry loads up to 25 pounds.

Required education:
- High school or equivalent
Required experience:
- Charge Posting: 4 years
Qualifications
:High school graduate. Medical insurance claims experience preferred Experienced in OB/GYN and infertility preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel preferred, data entry skills and typing of
45 wpm. EOB, ICD-9, CPT codes, and A/R knowledge. Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in English. A self-starter and an organized person. Good in numbers with strong work ethics.
