As a Recreation Assistant you will lead песни group and independent activities for the resident population. You will assist in the planning, implementation and evaluation of recreational, social, intellectual, emotional and spiritual programs in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.

• At least one year experience in conducting group activities and be knowledgeable in evaluating resident needs, supervising other employees, and training volunteers.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to plan and lead groups
• Able to multi-task and plan for individual needs

• Experience with in an Assisted Living environment or working with elderly population
• Experience in Activity programming
• Experience with dementia care or Long-term care
