- Maintain spotless cleanliness and sparkling work spaces in all areas.
- Pitch in to clean guest rooms and public spaces as needed to keep the hotel organized and safe.
- Greet guests while cleaning, by name if possible.
- Complete operational checklists accurately and on time; provide timely shift handover reports.
- Wear a clean, approved uniform with a nametag and maintain a positive appearance.
- Communicate clearly, honestly, and professionally; show a can-do attitude and collaborate effectively.
Specific Duties and Expectations
- Luggage handling: store and retrieve luggage or packages for guests as needed.
- Cleaning and trash management: clean and maintain guest hallways, stairwells, service areas, ice rooms; collect trash from exterior receptacles, parking lot, pool area and grounds; deliver trash and soiled linen to laundry; keep areas organized and clean.
- Furniture upkeep: monitor public space furniture and report issues.
- Restocking: maintain stock in guest floor linen closets and guest amenities; replenish amenities in guestrooms; stock housekeeping carts.

- Experience in hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred.
- Can-do attitude with a positive approach and willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow guidelines and procedures.
- Ability to work under pace and pressure.
- Effective listening and conflict resolution; strong communication skills.
- Hospitality and guest service mindset.
- Age 18+ to perform this job.
- Willingness to work a varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
- Clock in/out on time; never work off the clock; observed break times; provide notice for schedule changes.
Physical demands include: stooping, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crawling, standing, walking, repetitive motions, lifting.
