Job Summary

This is a temporary position expected to last 10 months to 1 year. The Senior HRIS Analyst role will primarily focus on implementing ADP as we transition away from Paycom. Other duties include supporting and maintaining our current employee database — Paycom, data entry, data integrity, reporting, and system administration to support HR, Account Management, and Operations.

Duties / Responsibilities ADP System Integration
  • Support with the implementation of ADP from Paycom.
  • Training staff on the use of ADP.
  • Testing system integrations and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Collaborating with vendors and third‑party service providers to ensure seamless implementation and support.
Systems Administration & Support (Paycom)
  • Maintain and update records in Paycom, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness of all data.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve end‑user issues related to data integrity, access, and basic functionality across systems.
  • Maintain a high‑level understanding of Paycom workflows and data flow between modules and integrated tools.
  • Ensure data security and grant system access only to authorized personnel following company policies and compliance standards.
Data Entry, Data Integrity & Audits
  • Perform accurate and timely data entry for employee records, job changes, terminations, and other related updates in Paycom.
  • Enter, update, and maintain account, contact, and other relevant data points in Paycom to support operational and reporting needs.
  • Conduct regular data audits to identify and correct errors, duplicates, and inconsistencies across systems.
  • Ensure data quality meets company standards and complies with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Reporting & Analytics
  • Generate, schedule, and distribute standard and ad‑hoc reports from Paycom for HR, leadership, and other business units.
  • Use Excel (including VLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH, pivot tables) to clean, consolidate, and analyze data sets.
  • Support cross‑functional teams by providing data extracts, dashboards, and metrics needed for business decisions and compliance.
  • Identify trends or data anomalies and elevate or recommend process improvements when appropriate.
User Training & Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Train and support users on basic system functionality, data entry standards, and reporting capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain simple reference guides or process documentation for end users.
  • Collaborate with HR and Operations to streamline workflows and improve data‑related processes.
Qualifications
  • 2–3 years’ experience with ADP in HRIS/Payroll required.
  • Advanced Excel skills preferred.
  • Technologically savvy with experience in MS Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and execute effectively when managing competing priorities.
  • Customer‑oriented mindset with strong internal stakeholder support skills.
  • Detail‑oriented, organized, and accountable.
  • Able to interact in a corporate environment and effectively communicate with all levels of management.
  • This position is required to work on‑site.
