Our IT Project Manager is a highly skilled technical executor responsible for architecting, implementing, and supporting complex IT projects across multiple client environments. This role requires deep expertise in infrastructure, networking, security, and cloud technologies, along with the ability to independently troubleshoot advanced issues and deliver solutions with precision. You will own technical project work from design through completion, document processes thoroughly, and drive continuous improvement in workflow and service quality.This role is in-office 5 days per week. You are comfortable working across multiple client environments simultaneously, balancing shifting priorities without losing attention to detail
You enjoy translating complex technical challenges into clear, actionable steps and take pride in delivering high-quality work independently. You’re energized by architecting solutions, executing projects end-to-end, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
4–5 years of experience delivering hands-on technical project work in a multi-client IT environment
Advanced experience with ticketing systems, such as Connect Wise Manage PSA, and RMM platforms like Ninja One
A strong background in documenting procedures, following cybersecurity best practices, technical troubleshooting steps, and project outcomes
