Senior Software Engineer

We are expanding our engineering team and seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead the development of technology systems that power our wholesale operations. In this role, you will architect and build scalable applications and integrations across our ERP and supply chain platforms. This is a high-impact role where you’ll own critical systems, make architectural decisions, solve complex technical challenges in the retail/wholesale space, and pioneer the integration of AI agents and intelligent automation into our operations.

• Architect and lead development of web applications, APIs, and integrations to support sales, design, purchasing, and operations teams
• Design scalable data infrastructure including dashboards, reporting tools, and data visualization platforms using modern frameworks
• Build enterprise-grade integrations between ERP systems, e-commerce platforms, and third-party APIs with focus on reliability and performance
• Develop sophisticated Python applications for data processing, ETL pipelines, and business process automation at scale
• Own critical systems for inventory management, order processing, and supply chain optimization
• Lead AI integration initiatives:
  Design and implement AI agents for document processing, data extraction, predictive analytics, and workflow orchestration
• Drive technical innovation by evaluating and integrating emerging AI technologies (LLMs, vector databases, RAG systems) into production workflows
• Mentor engineering team members through code reviews, pair programming, and technical guidance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust technical architectures
• Establish best practices for code quality, testing, deployment, and system monitoring

• 5 years of software development experience with proven track record of shipping production systems
• Expert-level proficiency in Python and modern web development frameworks (Django, FastAPI, Flask, or similar)
• Strong experience with databases (Postgre
  
  SQL, MySQL, Mongo
  
  DB) including query optimization and schema design
• Proven expertise in API design (REST, Graph
  
  QL) and microservices architecture
• Production experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) including infrastructure as code
• Deep knowledge of workflow automation, ETL processes, and data pipeline orchestration
• Experience with modern AI/ML tools and LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants (Cursor, Claude Code, Git Hub Copilot) for accelerated development
• Strong system design skills with ability to make sound architectural decisions
• Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

• Experience architecting and deploying AI agents and autonomous systems in production
• Background in ERP systems, retail, e-commerce, or supply chain technology
• Deep understanding of wholesale/retail operations and supply chain logistics
• Experience with automation platforms (Zapier, n8n)
• Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma
  
  DB) and RAG architectures
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of data modeling and analytics tools (dbt, Looker, Tableau)
• Track record of mentoring engineers and driving technical culture
