Design, build, and optimize Utilization Management (UM) and referral workflows across multiple markets, configuring systems such as RTP, CER, LQL, ASA, EAP/EDP, and DME/Post-Acute workflows. Manage Cadence‑Referral mapping, scheduling status assignment tables, and internal referral workflow behavior.
Work with Tapestry UM build/workflows, import/export, Chronicles, vendor integrations, 278/275, Right Fax, APIs, Bridges/Interconnect, and multi‑market mapping. Document, test, govern, and collaborate cross‑functionally while using SQL with SQL Developer.
Troubleshoot referral creation, service auth, routing, ASA logic/UM profile & triggers, coverage profiles, notifications, and MyChart/AFL visibility. Support RWB/Clarity/Caboodle reporting needs.
Job SummaryResponsible for system build, testing, validation, and ongoing support of assigned applications. Develops and documents internal procedures that support safe, high‑quality care using Epic software. Performs analysis of application capabilities, workflows, data collection, report details, and clinical/technical issues. Provides supervisory support to the system administration team.

- Provide first and second level support for enterprise systems, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex incidents to minimize system issues.
- Escalate unresolved or critical issues to system engineers.
- Support communications with product users and suppliers to share information, resolve problems, and maintain continuous improvement through customer feedback.
- Plan and perform complex system configuration.
- Participate in installs, upgrades, or decommissions of designated systems, products, and infrastructure.
- Create documentation of new and existing system configuration and procedural information, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Plan the implementation of hardware and software changes into production environments by performing impact analyses.
- Support vendor support activities as appropriate.
- Participate in and influence change management processes.
- Define maintenance, modification, and documentation of complex and advanced applications.
- Support development of guidelines to prevent and/or resolve recurring problems.
- Recommend and execute performance tuning and optimization activities.
