At Regions, the Capital Markets Insurance Analyst handles all commercial property insurance job functions.

• Conducts all servicing and insurance related transactions with a high level of accuracy
• Reviews Insurance policies to confirm compliant coverage is in place based on investor’s insurance requirements
• Performs revision of insurance certificates, policies, statement of values and invoices to determine compliance with Investor guidelines
• Works with insurance agents/brokers and borrowers to rectify non-compliant coverage issues
• Disburses escrow funds for timely payment of insurance premiums
• Performs annual insurance escrow analysis
• Monitors insurance premium funds for shortages and contact borrowers as appropriate
• Boards new loans into the servicing system
• Researches and resolves insurance related borrower inquiries
• Identifies and communicates insurance related issues and trends
• Researches insurance exception items within specified time frames

This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.

This position is incentive eligible.

• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• Two (2) years of insurance experience

• Master’s degree
• Loan systems knowledge

• Excellent oral communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of Commercial Insurance Coverage
• Microsoft Office proficient
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritizing skills

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.

The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.

Minimum: $63,602.25 USD

50th Percentile: $88,475.40 USD

This role is eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive plan. Employees have the potential to receive a discretionary award based on performance against defined metrics and goals.
