What You’ll Gain:
- Competitive base salary of $115,000 to $165,000 with quarterly bonuses starting at 1,800 billable hours

Your Role:
- Work closely with Senior Associates and Partners on complex civil and business litigation cases
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Handle depositions, prepare clients for hearings, and represent them in mediations, arbitrations, and court appearances
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
What You Bring:
- J.D. degree and admission to the California Bar
- At least 3 years of experience in civil and business litigation
- Strong analytical, legal writing, and research skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in legal research and case management software
- Ability to juggle multiple deadlines and manage a high volume of work
