ResponsibilitiesThe Litigation Attorney will work on a diverse range of matters related to construction law litigation. In this role, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day legal tasks including drafting motions, representing clients in court, preparing for trials, and conducting depositions.
Qualifications- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the California State Bar
- Skills in law, courts, and trials
- Experience in preparing and conducting depositions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
