California-based law firm that focuses primarily on construction law and complex litigation, representing owners, developers, contractors, subcontractors, and businesses in disputes, transactions, and risk management. The firm is widely regarded as a leading authority in construction law, with extensive experience in trials, arbitration, and appellate matters and handles related areas such as real estate, business litigation, insurance, and employment law.

The Litigation Attorney will work on a diverse range of matters related to construction law litigation. In this role, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day legal tasks including drafting motions, representing clients in court, preparing for trials, and conducting depositions.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the California State Bar
• Skills in law, courts, and trials
• Experience in preparing and conducting depositions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
