Wage and Hour Associate Attorney – Class/PAGA Actions (3-7+ years)
Seeking associates/senior counsel with wage and hour litigation experience, including:
- Defending class and PAGA claims and actions state and federal court
- Conducting intelligence and data reviews related to wage and hour claims
- Preparing case evaluations for clients related to wage and hour class/PAGA actions
- Preparing and responding to discovery requests in class/PAGA matters
- Conducting and defending depositions urger>
- Preparing for and attending mediations in class/PAGA actions URI, preparing mediation briefs
- Attending court hearings, status conferences, arguing dispositive motions
- Arbitration and/or trial experience
- Excellent research and writing skills
Law and motion work: moving to compel arbitration, preparing and responding to dispositive motions, preparing and responding to discovery‑related motions
Candidates must be admitted to practice law in the State of California.
