Our client is a well-established California law firm with a strong reputation in employment and labor law. The firm represents employers across a variety of industries and is known for providing hands‑on training, mentorship, and meaningful responsibility early in an attorney’s career.

• Assist with employment law matters including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage &hour claims
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and legal memoranda
• Support case management from inception through resolution
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Work closely with senior attorneys on litigation strategy, mediation, and trial preparation

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active California Bar admission (or recently admitted/awaiting admission)
• Open to fresh law graduates with a strong interest in employment law
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Motivation to learn, take initiative, and grow within a team‑oriented practice

The annual salary for this position is up to $130,000, depending on factors such as geographic market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
