Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily operations of the office and ensure smooth workflow
- Manage team schedules, productivity, and task delegation
- Coach and support team members on individual performance goals
- Monitor and report on sales targets and service metrics
- Ensure compliance with internal and external procedures
- Foster a positive team environment and high-performance culture
- Serve as the agent’s right hand in driving agency success
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of leadership or management experience (insurance industry preferred)
- Proven ability to lead a team toward meeting goals and deadlines
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in office systems, CRMs, and task management tools
- Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (or ability to obtain)
Compensation:
Compensation based on experience and performance.
