Office ManagerOverview
The Office Manager ensures smooth daily operations, accurate documentation, and effective communication between field and administrative teams. This role requires strong organizational skills and restoration industry experience to manage workflows and client/insurance interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee office operations, policies, and vendor relationships.
- Manage phones, emails, and customer inquiries professionally.
- Support project managers with job files, scheduling, and software updates (Xactimate, Encircle, DASH, etc.).
- Serve as primary contact for clients, adjusters, and insurance carriers; handle documentation and claims paperwork.
- Assist with billing, A/R, A/P, payroll, and performance reporting.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in office management or administrative coordination.
- Restoration industry experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in restoration software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
