You apply that skill to work, ensuring everyone there follows policies and performs to standards. Domino’s Pizza is looking for a natural leader to step up as an Assistant Manager, eventually becoming a General Manager.

The role requires judgment, math ability, and multitasking. It offers a fun, flexible environment and lasting experience.

Job Requirements and Duties

• Set a positive example for the crew.

• Follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from the team.

• Maintain cost controls, inventory control, and cash control.

• Handle customer relations and ensure excellent service.

• Manage staffing and personnel paperwork.

• Control food management and food safety.

• Work according to a schedule and maintain a perfect image and adherence to standards.

• Ensure store cleanliness and proper marketing efforts.

• Drive profitability and achieve financial targets.

• Manage attendance and punctuality of crew.

• Arrange transportation to/from work.

Advancement

Many team members begin as delivery drivers and become franchise owners or corporate managers. Moving from Assistant Manager to General Manager then to franchise ownership or corporate operations is common.
