Shift: 8-430, 830-5pm Weekend REQ:
Yes, will be on Saturday rotation (4 hours) 8a-12p. They will be provided a half during the week Floating REQ:

No Pending license: NO, must be active at time of submission - NO SCHEDULING REQUESTS CAN BE ACCOMODATED.
