• Set up dish stations according to BP’s guidelines and standards
• Ensure all kitchen utensils and containers are washed and stored properly
• Maintain 100% responsibility for the cleanliness of dishware
• Keep dish room clean and organized
• Perform general housekeeping including receiving and storing supplies, sweeping floors, cleaning trash cans, removing trash, and replenishing supplies as needed
• Maintain personal health and sanitation standards
• Follow all safety codes per BP's guidelines
• Comply with BP’s code of ethics, integrity, and conduct

• 1 year of food retail experience in a fast-paced environment, specifically as a dishwasher
• Friendly attitude with excellent customer service skills
• Able to multitask and work in a team environment
• Must be able to work flexible schedules
• High School diploma preferred
• All candidates are subject to a background check and employment verification

• Ability to continuously stand or walk
• Ability to bend and lift frequently
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
• Ability to squat occasionally

• Work will be conducted in a kitchen and restaurant environment
• Temperatures may range around equipment (varied from 32 to 425 degrees)
• May encounter slippery surfaces
