• Previous customer service experience is preferred
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Passion, knowledge, interest in health, fitness and/or wellness is a must.
• Ability to build customer relationships and deliver exceptional service.
• Ability to quickly learn new procedures, processes, and product knowledge.
• Strong verbal & written communication skills with proficiency in English.
• Able to stand for the duration of shifts, often up to 8 hours, with frequent bending, squatting, and lifting objects up to 30 pounds, up to 5 times per shift
• Comfortable with exposure to steam, varying temperatures, and humidity
• High energy, excellent communication, team‑oriented, and diligent work ethic

Must obtain a Food Handler’s Card and complete all required training and certifications within 2 weeks of hire date

Hours vary Monday – Sunday, days, evenings, and weekends. Must have flexible availability, including holidays
