• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
• Drive sales and profitability through effective merchandise management and promotional strategies.
• Participate in inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflows, and store maintenance, ensuring compliance with policies and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales and operational goals.
• Perform additional duties and projects as needed.

• Experience in retail or similar roles, with a track record of achieving sales targets preferred.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.

• Availability including mornings, days, and nights, and on weekends and holidays.
• Punctuality and regular attendance.
• Clear spoken English and proficiency in reading, writing, and basic math.

• Prolonged standing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, climbing, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Good vision, including color differentiation.
• Work environment is moderately noisy.
