Our Center Experience Team
Brella's Center Experience Team is responsible for the day-to-day operations at the center as well as being our brand ambassadors. This team is committed to the highest levels of service and support for our families, communities, and staff. We are looking for a Part-Time Center Experience Associate. This role is located in our Playa Vista location and is ideal for someone who enjoys being the face of the brand to our community.
As Our Center Experience Associate, You Will:
Coordinate the check-in and check-out process of families during daily pick-up and drop-off windows.Answer family inquiries confidently and provide quality customer service via phone, email, and in-person.Support families with booking, enrollment, and account questions.Provide the highest level of customer service with a “Yes” mentality.Build strong relationships with current and prospective families.Assist with setup of spaces for community events, classes, and group tours.Send welcome emails to families and follow-up after tours promptly.Maintain documentation such as updated child records, incident logs, and licensing rosters.Execute center marketing in partnership with our marketing team.Identify ways to improve processes for efficiency.Manage center inventory stock and re-order materials as needed.Ensure facility cleanliness by tasks such as laundry, dishwashing, trash removal, sweeping, and mopping.Support staff as needed and problem-solve any issues that arise.Experience, Knowledge, and Abilities:
Must be 18+ years old.At least 1 year of experience in hospitality, F&B, retail, boutique fitness, or other customer-facing roles.Experience working in a childcare center is preferred.First Aid/CPR certification required.Strong attention to detail.Highly flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in G Suite, MS Office, MacOS, Microsoft Windows, Slack.Passion and interest in working with children and families.Physical Demands
Ability to lift, reach, squat, climb, sit, walk, bend, and fully participate in activities; standing for long periods.Ability to handle children aged 0-6 years using appropriate techniques; lift children up to 50 pounds.Maintain alertness and energy to perform job requirements.Respond promptly to emergencies or unexpected situations.Follow all health, safety, and immunization guidelines as required by law and company policy.The above statements describe the general nature of the work performed.
