As a Vehicle Acquisition Specialist, You Will Be The Engine Of Our Pre-owned Vehicle Department. Your Primary Focus Will Be Sourcing High-quality Vehicles Through Various Channels. Your Day-to-day Will Involve

• Utilizing dealership systems to identify and purchase vehicles directly from our service drive customers.
• Acting as a BDC agent to engage customers with proactive calls, texts, and emails regarding early lease termination and vehicle upgrade opportunities.
• Proactively contacting prospective private-party sellers and trade-in clients to acquire inventory.
• Collaborating closely with our sales, service, and management teams to meet and exceed acquisition targets.
• Maintaining meticulous records of all customer interactions and vehicle appraisals in our CRM while adhering to all compliance standards.

We are looking for a candidate who is ready to make an impact. The ideal person for this role is a proactive problem-solver with a friendly, professional demeanor.

• Experience in a dealership setting (sales, BDC, or acquisition) is highly preferred.
• A strong background in sales, customer service, or call center environments.
• Excellent communication skills—you’re comfortable and confident on the phone, in email, and in person.
• A self-starter attitude with the ability to manage your time effectively and hit your goals.
• Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM software and other digital tools.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
