About the Role

We are seeking a motivated, high‑energy Sales Representative to support the growth of our SaaS platforms through high‑volume outbound outreach and lead generation. This role is ideal for a results‑driven professional who thrives in a fast‑paced sales environment, enjoys connecting with prospects, and is motivated by performance‑based earnings. You will be responsible for initiating contact with prospective clients, qualifying leads, and passing high‑quality opportunities to the sales team.

Salary

and Contract

Salary: $20–$30 per hour (DOE). On‑contract. Base salary plus uncapped commission. Opportunities for growth and advancement in a dynamic, collaborative, and results‑oriented work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct high‑volume outbound calls to prospective clients.
  • Generate and qualify sales leads for SaaS platforms.
  • Identify decision‑makers and assess client needs.
  • Schedule appointments and pass qualified leads to the sales management team.
  • Accurately document activities and lead details in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly outreach, lead, and sales targets.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and communicate value propositions clearly.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and internal teams to support revenue growth.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in outbound sales, inside sales, or lead generation.
  • Demonstrated success selling or supporting SaaS products.
  • Knowledge or experience with Education Technology (EdTech) platforms, tools, or markets is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
  • Comfortable making high‑volume calls (manual or dialer systems) and meeting performance metrics.
  • Highly self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and results‑driven.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools required.
