Sales Associate STRIDE Fitness Pasadena

Location: Pasadena, CA

Job Type: Part-Time, 20 to 30 hours per week

Availability: Must include at least one weekend day and early mornings (as early as 5:30 AM)

Compensation: $18 to $20 per hour base pay plus uncapped commission

STRIDE Fitness delivers the ultimate full-body cardio and strength experience that hits hard and moves fast. Our 55-minute high-intensity classes combine treadmill intervals with floor-based strength training, so members get in, go hard, and STRIDE out. Whether walking, jogging, or running, people of all fitness levels build strength, stamina, and confidence together.

As a Sales Associate at STRIDE Pasadena, you are the first impression of the studio. This is a fast-paced, front-facing role focused on growing memberships and building lasting connections. Youll engage with prospects, deliver a welcoming experience, and help expand our fitness community.

Sales and Membership Growth

• Make 50+ outbound calls daily to warm leads and past inquiries
• Conduct engaging studio tours to showcase our brand and culture
• Present and sell memberships and class packages with confidence
• Handle objections with professionalism and empathy
• Upsell retail products and services to enhance the member journey

Client Experience and Operations

• Greet and assist members with check-ins, bookings, and questions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting studio environment
• Support daily operations and collaborate with the coaching team
• Use CRM systems such as Club Ready to manage leads and follow-ups

Marketing and Community Engagement

• Participate in referral programs, studio promotions, and local events
• Support grassroots marketing initiatives to drive awareness
• Represent STRIDE as a brand ambassador inside and outside the studio

At least 1 year of experience in fitness, wellness, spa, or membership-based sales

Comfortable with high-volume outbound calls and achieving sales goals

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Organized, tech-savvy, and goal-driven

Passionate about fitness, wellness, and community engagement

Able to work early mornings (as early as 5:30 AM) and at least one weekend day

$18 to $20 per hour base pay plus uncapped commission and bonus opportunities
