About the Role
We are seeking a motivated, high-energy Sales Representative to support the growth of our SaaS platforms through high-volume outbound outreach and lead generation. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, enjoys connecting with prospects, and is motivated by performance-based earnings. You will be responsible for initiating contact with prospective clients, qualifying leads, and passing high-quality opportunities to the sales team.
- Salary: $20/hr - $30/hr DOE.
- On-contract
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Generate & qualify sales leads for SaaS platforms.
- Identify decision-makers and assess client needs.
- Schedule appointments and pass qualified leads to the sales management team.
- Accurately document activities and lead details in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly outreach, lead, and sales targets.
- Maintain strong product knowledge and communicate value propositions clearly.
- Collaborate closely with sales and internal teams to support revenue growth.
- Proven experience in outbound sales, inside sales, or lead generation.
- Demonstrated success selling or supporting SaaS products.
- Knowledge or experience with Education Technology (EdTech) platforms, tools, or markets is a plus.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Comfortable making high-volume calls (manual or dialer systems) and meeting performance metrics.
- Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
- Strong time management skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools required.
- Salary: $20/hr - $30/hr DOE.
