Marketing Specialist
Adolescent Behavioral Health | Pasadena, CA
Full-Time | $28–$30/hour DOE
Adolescent Growth is seeking a Marketing Specialist to lead outreach and B2B marketing efforts that grow and strengthen our referral network across Los Angeles County. This outreach-heavy role focuses on developing new external referral relationships, increasing awareness of our services and clinical specialties, and driving growth in client referrals.
What You’ll Do:- Build and maintain relationships with therapists, schools, hospitals, physicians, and community partners
- Execute targeted marketing and outreach campaigns to professional referral sources
- Represent Adolescent Growth at networking events and community meetings
- Track outreach activity and referral trends to support business development goals
- Experience in marketing, outreach, business development, or healthcare preferred
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable with frequent in-person outreach
- Passion for adolescent mental health and family-centered care
- Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance

- Based in Pasadena, CA
- Local travel for face-to-face outreach and networking required
