Overview

Insulation Installer - Attic & Crawl Spaces. Attic Projects LLC is seeking an Attic and Crawl Space Technician to install insulation, conduct rodent proofing and sanitation, perform mold remediation, and assist with sheetrock/drywall installation and repair. You will handle additional project tasks as needed to ensure successful completion.

• Start the day early (6:00am; time varies by season)
• Load trucks and prepare materials based on instructions from the operations manager
• Review jobs for the day with crew leads
• Perform the assigned job at the site (usually 1 site per day, 7–10 hours)
• Return to the office after completing the job, unload and clean up trucks

• Are 21 years or older
• Exhibits regular attendance and punctuality
• Have the ability to lift heavy objects (exceeding 75 lbs) and crawl in small, tight spaces
• Can access through a 22"x30" opening
• Can safely climb and descend ladders or attic stairs
• Are proficient with staple guns, hammers, utility knives, and working on scaffolding or ladders
• Can properly use personal protective equipment on-site

• Have previous insulation/rodent control experience (strong plus)
• Possess strong communication and customer service skills
• Have leadership experience (supervised 2–3 crew members onsite)
• Own a valid driver’s license with a good driving record within 7 years

• Competitive pay rate ($24–$29 hourly) with potential bonus; bi-weekly paydays with direct deposit

Job Type: Full-time, on-site (not remote)

Hourly Pay Range: $24–$29 (varies by experience; location differences may apply)

Pay Structure:
