Overview
Insulation Installer - Attic & Crawl Spaces. Attic Projects LLC is seeking an Attic and Crawl Space Technician to install insulation, conduct rodent proofing and sanitation, perform mold remediation, and assist with sheetrock/drywall installation and repair. You will handle additional project tasks as needed to ensure successful completion.
Responsibilities- Start the day early (6:00am; time varies by season)
- Load trucks and prepare materials based on instructions from the operations manager
- Review jobs for the day with crew leads
- Perform the assigned job at the site (usually 1 site per day, 7–10 hours)
- Return to the office after completing the job, unload and clean up trucks
- Are 21 years or older
- Exhibits regular attendance and punctuality
- Have the ability to lift heavy objects (exceeding 75 lbs) and crawl in small, tight spaces
- Can access through a 22"x30" opening
- Can safely climb and descend ladders or attic stairs
- Are proficient with staple guns, hammers, utility knives, and working on scaffolding or ladders
- Can properly use personal protective equipment on-site
- Have previous insulation/rodent control experience (strong plus)
- Possess strong communication and customer service skills
- Have leadership experience (supervised 2–3 crew members onsite)
- Own a valid driver’s license with a good driving record within 7 years
- Competitive pay rate ($24–$29 hourly) with potential bonus; bi-weekly paydays with direct deposit

Job Type: Full-time, on-site (not remote)
Hourly Pay Range: $24–$29 (varies by experience; location differences may apply)
Pay Structure:
