What You’ll Do:

Handle installs, service, and repairs for residential & light commercial plumbing (water heaters, re-pipes, fixtures, drains, etc.)

Help design efficient systems for tools, van stock, and workflow

Provide next-level service that turns customers into raving fans

Mentor and train future plumbing hires as we scale

What We Need:

Proven journeyman-level plumbing skills (CA licensing preferred)

Ability to run jobs start-to-finish without hand-holding

A mindset for building, improving, and growing — not just clocking in

Professionalism, customer-first attitude, and pride in your craft

Valid driver’s license & clean record
