As our Residential Lead HVAC Installer, you will take charge of full‑system installations and ensure each project is completed with exceptional quality and professionalism.

Responsibilities include:

• Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems including gas/electric split systems, package units, heat pumps, ductwork, ductless mini‑split systems, floor and wall furnaces
• Lead installations from start to finish
• Ensure work meets company quality and safety standards
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Demonstrate professionalism, craftsmanship, and attention to detail

• 5+ years of HVAC installation experience
• EPA Certification
• Valid driver’s license with a good DMV record
• Ability to run complete installations independently
• Strong adherence to safety practices and company standards
• Ability to read and write in English
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
