• As a Laborer you are responsible for ensuring that the technicians have the materials they need to perform their tasks. You should stay one step ahead of the technicians and anticipate their needs. Communication with the technicians you are assisting is key.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area free of tripping hazards, trash and debris, and ensure the confined space’s entries and exits remain clear.
• Follow all facility and company safety policies. Cooling Towers, LLC prides itself on our safety record, and you will be expected to share that commitment to safety.
• Report directly to your foreman or your foreman’s appointed leadman. Follow the chain of command and ask questions as they arise. If you cannot get the help you need, you can always go to the superintendent.
• Be assigned multiple tasks throughout the day. Exercise pride in your work, avoid shortcuts or rushing, and be a good multitasker who can retain instructions.
• Maintain a professional appearance and maintain professionalism on the job site.
• Spend time training with your technicians to advance;

• Follow safety procedures and report incidents as required.
• Come prepared to work every day and stay on task and productive.
• Know and follow safety rules and policies; ask questions if anything is unclear.
• Follow permit requirements, LOTO requirements, and confined space requirements.
• Use stop work authority if asked to do something you are not comfortable with or it feels wrong.
• Identify and address safety hazards as you see them (you see it you own it).
• Report inventory levels to your foreman or leadman.
• Run technicians materials they need and communicate issues with the foreman or leadman.
• Work in confined spaces as required and dress professionally.
• Report incidents to your foreman and keep the work area clean and tidy after completion.
• Perform each job task with safety, quality, and efficiency (in that order).

• Ability to follow directions and ask questions as they arise.
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to train with technicians and grow within the company.
