Residents pay only thirty percent of their income for housing, and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) pays the difference. These apartment‑style communities range from 22 to 257 units. The units are equipped with private kitchens and comfortable living quarters, encouraging independent living.
Job SummaryResponsible for the day‑to‑day identification of human service needs of Silvercrest senior residents, development of service plans, identification and facilitation of community services, education of residents and staff on service provision and aging‑in‑place issues, and assistance to the Manager with resident independence initiatives.
Responsibilities- Identify and address day‑to‑day human service needs of residents.
- Develop tailored service plans based on resident needs.
- Locate community services and facilitate access for residents, on‑site or through referrals.
- Educate residents and staff on service provision and aging‑in‑place issues.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation; drive TSA or company vehicles as required.
- Assist the Manager with resident independence initiatives.
- Position: Full‑time Services Coordinator
- Salary: $25.00–$27.00 per hour
- Location: Pasadena / Lake View Terrace, Silvercrest
- Unit Size: 74 (Pasadena) & 73 (Lake View Terrace)
