Current Opportunity: EPG is seeking a QA Software Tester for full‑time employment to join EPG’s Quality Assurance team. EPG offers a professional and collaborative work environment, opportunity to learn, have significant impact, and career advancement and growth.

• Test planning and creation: Design and develop test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures based on project requirements.
• Testing: Execute tests using manual or automated methods to identify defects, inconsistencies, or performance issues. Execution of various tests including functional, regression, integration, performance, and stability testing.
• Defect management: Document and report any bugs or problems found, using a bug tracking system.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the QA, Software Development, and Engineering team members to discuss issues and ensure resolution in a timely manner.
• Feedback and reporting: Provide feedback on software usability and functionality to developers and stakeholders. Create and maintain detailed test reports.
• Customer Acceptance Testing: Lead and/or participate in customer acceptance testing (FAT/SAT/UAT) activities for Customer Software Deployments.
• Documentation: Maintain documentation of test procedures and a database of known defects.
• Process improvement: Participate in design reviews and help to establish quality standards.

• Proficiency in manual and/or automated testing tools
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to multi‑task

• Broad knowledge of software development practices and programming languages
• Familiarity with SQL databases
• Experience working with Agile software development processes
• Familiarity with Azure Dev Ops tools
• Prior experience implementing automation for WPF tools
