Stretch Lab is seeking personal trainers, physical therapists, massage therapists, and dance/yoga/Pilates instructors to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience in a new modality that is transforming the fitness industry.
Stretch Lab is the industry leader in offering one-on-one assisted stretching. With co-founders from the personal training industry, we provide various offerings to empower clients to ‘Live Long’. Our team comprises experts certified in physical therapy, chiropractic, yoga, Pilates, and more. We pride ourselves on having the finest team of stretching professionals, with proprietary flexologist training ensuring world-class sessions.
Our Flexologists deliver personalized assisted stretches and lead group stretching classes for clients.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and group classes for up to 6 clients
- Encourage and motivate clients during sessions
- Build membership and retain clients through sales
- Manage client care and ensure safety with proper stretch techniques
- Book weekly appointments and update client notes
- Maximize client utilization by scheduling follow-ups and renewing memberships
- Attend staff meetings and educational sessions
- Handle member concerns and assist with studio tours and sales
- Maintain social media presence for membership growth
- Keep equipment clean and studio tidy
Qualifications:
- Passion for boutique fitness, stretching, mobility, and flexibility
- Background in massage therapy, personal training, physical therapy, Pilates, or yoga
- Experience providing hands-on training in a fitness or health setting
- Fitness certification required
- Ability to create an inclusive, positive environment
- Excellent communication skills and empathy
- Passion for connecting with people and helping achieve goals
- Professional work ethic, reliability, and adherence to attendance policies
- Willingness to complete our 3-day Flexologist Training Program (20 hours online + 3 days in-person)
