The Pasadena Minor Soccer Association delivers a youth soccer program which offers a fun and creative curriculum designed to introduce the basic fundamentals of soccer to children between the ages of 3-16 years. Our team focuses on maintaining a fun, instructional and non-competitive environment using creative games and techniques from our age‑appropriate curriculum to not only teach each player, but also make sure they are having fun each week.

Our goal is to provide a quality soccer program that will engage and stimulate children by helping them to develop soccer skills while building confidence and learning the importance of teamwork and sportsmanship over the importance of winning.

We are currently seeking a part‑time Program Director for 20-25 hours per week at $17.35 per hour that will help contribute to the effective delivery of our summer program (exact dates to be determined, will commence in mid‑June and run to mid‑August).

• Overseeing student coaches and monitoring the program
• Providing assistance with drills and soccer activities
• Equipment preparation, set up and maintenance
• Light office administrative work
• Addressing parent/guardian inquiries
• Other duties related to the effective delivery of the minor soccer program

Applicants should be enthusiastic, dependable and demonstrate leadership qualities, possess at minimum a high‑school graduation and have experience in working with children and in a supervisory capacity. Successful applicants will be required to submit a satisfactory Certificate of Conduct and Vulnerable Sector Check from their local RCMP/RNC detachments prior to commencing work. Must be legally allowed to work in Canada.
