Position: Safety Monitor Role
Become a Safety Monitor at Pasadena High School, dedicated to maintaining safety for students and staff. Responsibilities include monitoring parking, directing traffic, and enforcing campus procedures.

This position focuses on the essential safety of the campus community. The successful candidate will work closely with students and staff, keeping the environment secure while ensuring compliance with safety standards. A background in security training or police work is preferred for this vital role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect parking permits and monitor vehicle entries

• Engage with and assist visitors entering the campus

• Prevent student loitering and ensure safety protocols

• Manage traffic in the designated parking areas

• Report student behavior issues to appropriate authorities

Requirements:

• Must possess a High School diploma or GED

• Experience in security settings is advantageous

• Strong communication skills are necessary

• Ability to respond to emergencies and maintain control

• Must be prepared for physical demands of the role
