Antwerpen VW is seeking an experienced automotive Service Advisor to develop lasting customer relationships and provide our clientele with product solutions that best meet their needs. The Service Advisor plays a pivotal role in our service department’s point of contact with our customers. They identify our customers' problems and arrange for the appropriate service. Then they set and manage expectations internally and externally until the project is completed.

The ideal candidate is reliable and possesses excellent communication skills as well as prior experience in a similar role.

• Understand and identify our customers’ automotive problems
• Arrange and schedule appropriate service solutions
• Prioritize essential services when scheduling jobs
• Offer customers a variety of options to meet their needs
• Set and manage the expectations of both our customers and mechanics regarding each service request
• Continuously keep the customer updated on repair needs and completion times
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently
• Take ownership of the customers’ experience by going above and beyond to leave a positive impression
• Remaining up to date on our service products and offers

• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Consistent attention to detail
• Able to capable communicate with a variety of personnel
• Must be able to maintain an organized schedule
• Professional demeanor
• Ambitious and eager to learn the intricacies of any new or existing service products
• Able to reliably complete tasks on time
• Must have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a customer facing automotive service role (required)
