Luminis Health is seeking passionate physical therapists to join our Orthopaedic Physical Therapy Residency Program
, an immersive experience designed to develop clinical expertise, provide mentorship, and prepare residents for the Orthopaedic Certified Specialist (OCS) Exam

Program Highlights

  • 100% pass rate for the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialist Exam - Orthopaedic (OCS)
  • Total program cost Up to $300 for participants
  • Program-sponsored financial assistance, including travel costs, stipends, examination fees, and other support
  • Competitive salary package Base salary of $75,000, with additional benefits bringing total compensation up to $87,788.85.

As a Resident, You Will

  • Treat and evaluate patients up to 34 hours per week
  • Engage in 8+ hours of coursework and professional development weekly

Curriculum Overview

  • 4 weeks - Orientation & evidence-based practice
  • 24 weeks - Spine, head, maxillofacial, cervical, thoracic, lumbar, pelvis
  • 12 weeks - Lower extremity (hip, knee, foot, ankle)
  • 12 weeks - Upper extremity (shoulder, elbow, wrist, hand)
