Our team of BCBAs, Case Supervisors, and Technicians collaborate closely with parents to create tailored treatment plans that address the distinct requirements of each child.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking fun & energetic individuals to provide evidence-based behavioral therapy to individuals in need of support. As a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will teach communication skills, social skills, self‑help skills, and play skills through Applied Behavioral Analysis principles. Our program is overseen by Clinical Directors and highly experienced BCBAs who provide supervision. Registered Behavior Technician training is provided and fees are covered by Behavioral Health Works.

- Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy
- Availability Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–8:00 PM, with a minimum of 9 hours per week
- Willingness to travel to client homes; reliable vehicle required
- Complete onboarding and initial training period
- Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
- Goal-oriented and professional in all aspects of work
- Fun and energetic personality, able to keep up with active children
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Desire to be part of a collaborative team focused on positive outcomes
- Experience with individuals with autism or special needs is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent (minimum)
- Access to a smartphone or similar device capable of capturing session data; tech-savvy
- Willingness to undergo criminal background clearance
- Provide proof of negative TB test, pre-employment physical exam, and immunity to MMR/Varicella (covered by the company)
- Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and car insurance
- Active participation throughout sessions (engage in play, physical activity)
- Bilingualism is a plus; higher pay for bilingual individuals
$27.00 – $33.00 per hour
Schedule- Minimum commitment 9 hours per week during core service hours (3 days per week)
- After-school hours:
Afternoons and evenings (3:00 PM–8:00 PM) - Monday to Friday; weekends available
- You have experience or interest in roles such as paraprofessional, caregiver, youth coach, education, healthcare, hospice care, interventionist, social services, foster care, special education, social work, aide, youth program coordinator, behavior specialist, RBT, nanny, babysitter, preschool teacher/assistant, tutor, substitute teacher, qualified mental health professional, behavioral health technician, direct support professional, camp counselor, childcare volunteer, Sunday school teacher, after-school program staff, or a related field
- Working toward or holding a degree in education, special education, psychology, sociology, human development, early childhood education, or a related field
