We are seeking passionate and motivated Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LCSW-C, LMSW, LCPC, LGPC) to join our expanding team. We offer flexible opportunities including full-time, part-time, and fee-for-service roles—ideal for clinicians seeking stability, supplemental income, or the ability to grow a caseload at their own pace.

• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and treatment planning
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation (COMAR, Medicaid, CARF standards)
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team
• Deliver culturally competent, trauma-informed care

Full-Time:
Competitive salary + comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO, paid holidays, CEU support, retirement options). Clinical supervision provided toward full licensure.

Part-Time:
Flexible scheduling with pro-rated benefits for a consistent caseload.

Fee-for-Service:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• Active Maryland license (LGPC, LMSW, LCPC, or LCSW-C)
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience with adults in outpatient and/or residential settings preferred
