Senior Living LPN: Medication Safety & Care Coordination

Home Health Care, Inc. is seeking an LPN Medication Nurse to provide licensed nursing support in a senior living environment, focusing on safe medication administration, health monitoring, and accurate clinical documentation.

Responsibilities include administering medications per physician orders, following the Six Rights of Medication Administration, documenting in MAR/TAR in real time, monitoring symptoms, and supporting care plan updates. Active LPN license and CPR/First Aid are required.
