We are currently hiring Shift Leaders who are motivated, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and can build a cohesive team that drives profits and delivers outstanding customer service. Shift Leaders take the lead in tackling problems, seek help when needed, and provide mentorship to their team. Prior restaurant experience is preferred.

Wendy’s® Shift Leaders earn $16 – $18.50 per hour, based on experience and restaurant location.
