JOB SUMMARY Performs skilled general maintenance tasks and leads a small group of employees engaged in the general maintenance of school facilities. Performs a variety of repairs and installations related to building structure, roofing, and interior/exterior components/finishes.
Additional Work Days/Hours Based on the assignment, the following additional work days and/or hours may be required as needed:
- Ability to work flexible schedules
- Emergencies
- Evenings/Nights
- Extended hours
