Job Title: Senior Staff Accountant

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000

• Support cost accounting activities and partner with leadership on key analyses
• Handle treasury functions including cash tracking and bank reconciliations
• Manage fixed asset additions, disposals, and monthly depreciation schedules
• Assist with inventory variance analysis in collaboration with operations, including reviewing subledgers
• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules
• Execute month-end close tasks, including journal entries, accruals, amortizations, and prepaids
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with internal controls
• Partner with cross-functional teams for process improvements and reporting needs

• Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience
• Experience with cost accounting, inventory, or manufacturing environments preferred
• Proficient in general ledger reconciliations and month-end close
