Ready to start your accounting career? Our client is expanding and looking for a motivated Entry‑Level Accountant / AP Specialist to join their growing finance team. This role is ideal for someone with accounting coursework, internship experience, or foundational AP/office exposure who’s eager to learn and develop strong accounting skills.

• Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports with accuracy.
• Assist with month‑end close, including reconciliations and basic reporting.
• Maintain vendor files and ensure compliance with accounting policies.
• Support journal entries, accruals, and daily accounting activities.
• Use Excel to organize, track, and analyze financial data.

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or relevant coursework/experience).
• Internship or 1+ year of experience in accounting, AP, or a business/office role.
• Working knowledge of Excel (sorting, filtering; VLOOKUPs a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Team‑oriented, positive attitude with a desire to grow professionally.
