This position is 100% in office in Pasadena.
As a Senior Accountant, you’ll handle accounting activities for both the corporate entity and specific business units, prepare financial statements for internal and external reporting, and partner closely with the Finance team to support financial planning and analysis.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare monthly journal entries and analyze general ledger accounts for accuracy.
- Review financial statements and forecasts, providing variance analysis and insights.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts monthly and prepare adjusting entries as needed.
- Assist with monthly management reporting packages.
- Prepare borrowing base certificates for lenders.
- Support management with financial analysis and ad hoc reporting.
- Complete special projects as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- CPA certification preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of accounting experience.
- Experience with ROU and fixed assets a plus.
