In this role, you’ll help keep our billing operation running smoothly by
:
- Preparing and reviewing accurate customer invoices
- Managing invoice submissions and customer billing portals
- Researching and resolving billing discrepancies
- Tracking invoice disputes, credits, rebills, and adjustments
- Maintaining accurate customer and billing records
- Reconciling billing and receivable transactions
- Supporting reporting, audits, and other AR activities
- Partnering with Operations, customers, and internal teams to solve problems
What We're Looking For:
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Great at follow-through
- Comfortable researching and solving discrepancies
- Professional and customer-focused
- A strong communicator and team player
- Able to manage multiple priorities and systems
Qualifications include:
- High school diploma or GED required-Associate degree in Accounting, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Prior billing, accounts receivable, accounting support, or comparable administrative experience
- Working knowledge of customer invoicing and supporting documentation
- Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and Outlook
- Experience with transportation, depot, repair, or service billing is a plus!
