An established investment management organization is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to support the day-to-day operations of its Accounting team. This role is ideal for an organized professional who enjoys working with financial data, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to a collaborative environment. This role is onsite Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm.

• Process financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Prepare and distribute payments, including check processing.
• Update and reconcile accounting ledger entries.
• Assist with the preparation of financial reports and supporting documentation.
• Create, review, and maintain employee expense reports.
• Communicate with clients regarding account-related inquiries and documentation requests.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal accounting procedures.
• Support the Accounting team with administrative and operational tasks as needed.

• Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience.
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs/XLOOKUPs, SUMIFs, and data analysis functions.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
