- Support general day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
- Assist with organizing documents, records, schedules, and office communications.
- Provide clerical support such as data entry, filing, scanning, and preparing basic reports.
- Communicate professionally with internal team members, visitors, and other contacts.
- Help maintain an organized, efficient, and service-focused office environment.
- Support managers and staff with administrative needs as assigned.
- Pay range: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour.

- Previous office experience preferred.

- Computer proficiency, including comfort using common office software and systems.
- Professional communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage details, and work effectively in a team environment.
- Reliable, accurate, and able to maintain professionalism in a busy office setting.
- Experience supporting an office within an education, nonprofit, or service-oriented environment.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- Familiarity with basic data entry, filing systems, scheduling, and office coordination tasks.
