Experienced Automotive Sales Consultant- Pasadena TX

Our dealership is seeking a results-driven, highly motivated Automotive Sales Consultant with a proven track record in car sales. This role is ideal for professionals with at least 1 year of experience who are passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience and achieving strong sales performance.

• Prospect and develop new client relationships.
• Achieve and maintain departmental performance standards, including Customer Service Index, Gross Average, and vehicles sold.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, market trends, and product features.
• Review and manage inventory reports daily.
• Collaborate with the Sales Director to prepare and review monthly sales plans.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase market share.
• Complete all aspects of the sales process, including vehicle delivery and follow-up.
• Attend weekly department meetings.

• Minimum 1 year of automotive sales experience required
